1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and registrations through the IMPACT Collective website (wemakeimpact.be). By placing a booking, you agree to these terms.
2. Registration
Registrations for IMPACT [Camp] are made exclusively through the website. A registration is only final after full payment. Registrations are handled in order of receipt. The maximum number of participants is xx.
3. Price and payment
The price for taking part in IMPACT [Camp] Basketball Edition is €xx per child. Payment is made online through the website at the time of registration.
4. Cancellation by the participant
Want to cancel your child’s registration? Contact us at least 3 weeks before the start of the camp at hello@wemakeimpact.be or +32 495 37 00 44. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund for cancellations after this period.
5. Cancellation by IMPACT Collective
IMPACT Collective reserves the right to cancel or change the camp in case of insufficient registrations, force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control. In that case, participants will be informed as soon as possible and the registration fee will be refunded.
6. Liability
IMPACT Collective does everything it can to provide a safe, high-quality environment. However, participation in the camp is at your own risk. IMPACT Collective is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the camp.
7. Medical information
At registration we ask for relevant medical information (allergies, points of attention). This information is treated confidentially and used solely to ensure your child’s safety.
8. Images
Photos and videos may be taken during the camp for IMPACT Collective’s communication and marketing purposes. Do you object to this? Let us know at registration or contact us.
