We want to organise events there is real demand for. That is why we first gather interest per programme, age group and region. As soon as there is enough interest, we plan a concrete edition and confirm the date, location, capacity and price.
The date is set as soon as there is enough interest to organise an edition. We then look at which period suits the target group best and when the right location, coaches and experts are available.
Everyone on the interest list is the first to receive the final date.
The price depends on the final location, duration, group size, supervision, catering, equipment and content of the programme.
We don’t want to share an indicative price that later turns out to be wrong. As soon as an edition launches, you’ll find the full price and everything that’s included on the event page.

We aim to make places available through [IMPACT] for All at every [IMPACT] event. The available places and the application procedure are shared as soon as a concrete edition launches. These places are filled in collaboration with local youth organisations, social welfare centres (OCMW), schools and social organisations.
The age groups are chosen based on the developmental stage and the content of the programme.

Yes. Preferably sign up each child separately. That way we can estimate interest per age group correctly and send you the right information later.
Group size is matched to the age, programme, location and number of coaches. We deliberately choose a capacity where every participant gets enough attention, safety and room to take part.
Healthy habits and nutrition are an important part of what we do. That is why we deliberately choose fresh, balanced meals and snacks. Where possible we do our catering in-house, so we keep an eye on the ingredients, the quality and how the meals are prepared.
